Smothered Pork Chops - As the name of this recipe implies, center cut pork chops are smothered in peppers, onions and gravy. We used center cut pork chops, you can also use boneless chops or pork shoulder blade chops. There's no reason at all why you couldn't use chicken breast in place of the pork as well.
